Mama Tribe was born from my own experience as a Mum arriving in a new country with a 3-months-old baby.

I am extremely grateful that my husband could spend 3 months with Zoe and I when she was born. I truly believe every family should be able to live the Fourth Trimester together. But. Then we moved. Hello Abu Dhabi, hello Stay-at-Home Mama. WOW… I wasn’t ready for that, especially in a new country, and deep into finding a new home. We were living in a hotel appartment and I was stuck with this little human. I am not going to lie, I was becoming a new woman, someone I never met before. How can we be so lonely at the beginning of our Motherhood journey?

My husband encouraged me to meet other mums to help with how I was feeling, lost and sad. Suddenly there I was, writting a post on Facebook to meet women (so unlike me). But I met amazing people and decided that no woman should feel as I did.

Mama Tribe UAE was born. A safe space where we could reach out for help, support and meet other women.

Living in the UAE is very special. Almost everyone is far away from “home”, from our families. Arriving in a new country isn’t easy and it’s definitely a bigger challenge when we have children. Mama Tribe UAE is here for you, because No Mama Should Be Left Behind.

I am JulianeI grew up in Normandy (France) between the restaurant of my parents and the country house of my grand parents.

My career foundation is built upon a Master degree in Hospitality Management. I had the chance to study, work and travel the world since 2009. I worked exclusively for luxury properties, creating joy for guests and seeing smiles on people’s face make me so happy!

Lover.

I share my life with my husband Kim. We met in the UAE in 2015 and moved to Australia in 2016. After living in the Blue Mountains, we are now back in Abu Dhabi to be closer to our families.

We are married since 2019 and had the chance to have the right people guiding us during our engagement.

Kim is my bestfriend. We found our balance as a couple and live our life as a team.

We have two beautiful daughters. Zoe was born on Feb 1st 2021 in Australia. A wonderful birth at home that we will never forget. Clémentine was born in Abu Dhabi, an unexpected homebirth, on August 21st 2022.

Being a mum is definitely a new journey and I am learning on daily basis! How amazing it is to see a little human grow.

I was afraid of giving birth and found out that is could be such a magical experience.

I am the founder of The Happiness Curator. I empower women to live their pregnancy, their baby’s birth and their Matrescence to their fullest and embrace this journey of motherhood with serenity.
